Capra hircus (goat)

Exome sequencing of goats reveals adaptation to high altitude

See Genome Information for Capra hircus
We proposed to use an exome-capture strategy followed by high-throughput sequencing technique to extracted SNPs from pools of nearly 300 goats from a wide geographic range, including the Tibetan plateau, as well as different altitudinal regions in the north western China.
