Genome Information for Pseudomonas fulva
We got one PFOA–degrading bacterium bacterium AB1, isolated from the soils, and identified this strain as Pseudomonas parafulva based on 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis. The strain AB1 can effectively degrade PFOA under the optimized culture conditions.
