The goal of this project is to analyze the genomic content of 54 clinical isolates of Vibrio cholerae obtained from the International Centre for Diarrhoeal Disease Research, Bangladesh between 2001 and 2011. The results will shed light on the evolution of this pathogen in an area endemic for the disease.
