In this study to compare the comprehensiveness of cloning and DGGE and to deeper the knowledge, the bacterial community of a full scale anaerobic digester treating the municipal solid waste from Madrid (Las Dehesas, Valdemingomez) was studied using the 454 pyrosequencing technique.
