Bacillus pumilus SAFR-032. Bacillus pumilus SAFR-032 was isolated from the Spacecraft Assembly Facility at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory and produces spores highly resistant to UV radiation. This strain will be used for comparative genomics.
