Genome Information for candidate division TM7 genomosp. GTL1
uncultured candidate division TM7 bacterium.
A mixture of 5 cells from the TM7 phylum, identified by hybridization of a TM7 probe, were mixed together and amplified by multiple displacement amplification (MDA). The resulting genomic DNA was used as a template for whole genome shotgun sequencing.
