Genome Information for Francisella tularensis
Francisella tularensis subsp. tularensis strain FSC 198. This subspecies is virulent in humans, the strain FSC 198 was isolated in Slovakia from a mite and is virulent in an animal model. This strain is similar to strain Schu S4 which has been sequenced and will be used for comparative analysis.
