Haemophilus influenzae 22.1-21. Strain 22.1-21 is a non-typeable Haemophilus influenzae (NTHi) isolate provided by Dr. Janet Gilsdorf. This commensal isolate and Haemophilus influenzae strain 22.4-21 were both recovered from the nasopharynx of the same healthy child. These strains exhibit previously described sequence types (22.1-21 is ST176 and 22.4-21 is ST165).
