Genome Information for Cryptosporidium parvum
The Medical Research Council (MRC) Laboratory of Molecular Biology in Cambridge has completed a physical map of the Iowa isolate of Cryptosporidium parvum, and sequencing and analysis of Chromosome 6, as well as ~0.9 Mbp of sequence sampled from the remainder of the genome.
