Oceanicola granulosus strain HTCC2516. Oceanicola granulosus strain HTCC2516 was isolated from seawater collected from a depth of 10 meters at the Bermuda Atlantic Time Series station in the Sargasso Sea. This organism will be used for comparative genomics with other marine microorganisms.
