genetic map for rainbow trout was developed. The map was generated using doubled haploid fish produced by androgenesis from the hybrid between two clonal rainbow trout lines. Over 470 markers segregated into 342 linkage groups within the map. The consolidated
linkage map used this map and others to provide more than 1300 markers for the map, including AFLP, allozyme, microsatellite, and known gene markers.
