Clemson University Genomics Institute is involved in Barley EST sequencing project with an aim of establishing a non-redundant barley EST resource. Different tissues from variuos cultivars have been used for generating ESTs. In addition, several other groups are also involved in Barley EST projects.
HarvEST:Barley database, developed at the University of California, contains large barley EST data sets from USDA-funded projects in the US, IPK in Germany, Okayama University and the National Institute of Genetics, Japan, Scottish Crops Research Institute, and University of Helsinki, as well as smaller datasets from several other contributors. This information is available as Barley1 Affymetrix microarray chip as part of the USDA-IFAFS project Less...
