Comment

The mitochondrial genome is GenBank Accession Number EU053989, so the mitochondrial WGS sequences (contigs AAGI01000440, AAGI01000441 and AAGI01000412; and scaffolds CH445385 and CH959327) were removed from this project.
This project was sequenced and assembled by the Broad Institute of Harvard/MIT, ... and Calhoun annotation was added to the scaffolds in July 2006 by the Broad. The annotation was updated in November 2007 by the Australian Centre for Necrotrophic Fungal Pathogens (ACNFP), based on additional EST evidence and retrained gene predictions. The ACNFP is responsible for the assembled genome sequence and annotation.  more
