This assembly of F. tularensis holarctica has two major inversions compared to the originally published assembly, CP000437. After re-assembly and analysis, the authors discovered extensive, consistent evidence that the original genome contained two mis-assembled regions, both inversions, and these ... have been corrected in this re-assembly.
