History (Show revision history)

Comment

The Asian box turtle DNA was derived from blood of a single male (SLZ ID 105011) at the Saint Louis Zoo, Saint Louis, MO. Sequences were generated on the 10X Genomics Chromium sequencing platform to a approx. 47X coverage ... based on a genome size of 2.6 Gb. The sequences were assembled by the de novo assembly program, Supernova v2.1.1. Of the 2.1 Gb assembled genome (Cuora_amboinensis-1.0), the total assembly N50 contig and scaffold lengths are 47.4 kb and 30.8 Mb, respectively. For questions regarding this Cuora_amboinensis-1.0 assembly please contact Robert Fulton, McDonnell Genome Institute at Washington University School of Medicine, St. Louis.
