The DNA was provided by Daniel Eastwood (d.c.estwood@swansea.ac.uk)
The parental strain of Serpula lacrymans was isolated and identified by J.Liese from a building in Berlin in 1937. Fruiting body and monokaryons 7.3 and 7.9 were ... produced by O. Schmidt and U. Moreth, Hamburg, in 1991. Strains are stored in culture collection University Hamburg (O. Schmidt).
