History (Show revision history)

Comment

The whole genome shotgun sequence was generated by the McGill University and Genome Quebec Innovation Centre using the GS De NovoAssembler with GS-FLX reads. Gap closure was performed using PCR and traditional sequencing. Contigs numbered 1 to 43 are ... ordered and oriented according to the complete genome of Clostridium difficile 630 (AM180355). Contigs numbered 44 to 66 cannot be placed with certainty and are ordered by increasing size. The isolate is available from Dr. A. Dascal, Jewish General Hospital, Room G142, Montreal, Quebec, Canada H3T 1E2. more
