The Salmonella enterica subsp. enterica serovar Tennessee str. CDC07-0191 whole genome shotgun (WGS) project has the project accession ACBF00000000. This version of the project (01) has the accession number ACBF01000000, and consists of sequences ACBF01000001-ACBF01000094.

Cases of salmonellosis involving Salmonella enterica serovar Tennessee (6,7,z29:-), are relatively uncommon, although they appear to be more frequently involved in urinary tract infections than other Salmonella types. This isolate was taken from a 2006-7 multistate outbreak that was associated with peanut butter, and was recovered from an epidemiologically-linked patient with a positive urine culture. Bacteria available from the National Salmonella Reference Laboratory, CDC; email-Salmonella@cdc.gov Genome coverage: 20X.
