The Haemophilus influenzae HK1212 whole genome shotgun (WGS) project has the project accession ABFC00000000. This version of the project (01) has the accession number ABFC01000000, and consists of sequences ABFC01000001-ABFC01001262.

Haemophilus influenzae strain HK1212 was isolated in central Australia in 1986 from a child with characteristic symptomology of Brazilian Purpuric Fever. The reads are derived from sequence captured after subtractive hybridization procedure. Therefore, this is a partial sequence of the HK1212 genome.
