Melampsora laricis-populina
The common spelling of this species 'Melampsora larici-populina' is treated as an orthographic error to be corrected under Art. 60.1 of the ICBN (St. Louis version). The stem 'larix' in the compound epithet is a third declension noun, thus the genitive singular is 'laricis' ('of the larch'), so, 'laricis-populina'.
