Choline sulfatase enzyme C terminal This domain family is found in bacteria, eukaryotes and viruses, and is approximately 60 amino acids in length. The family is found in association with pfam00884. There are two completely conserved residues (R and W) that may be functionally important. This family is the C terminal of choline sulfatase, the enzyme responsible for catalysing the conversion of choline-O-sulfate and, at a lower rate, phosphorylcholine, into choline.
