Down syndrome cell adhesion molecule C terminal This domain family is found in eukaryotes, and is approximately 120 amino acids in length. The family is found in association with pfam00047, pfam07679, pfam00041. The Down syndrome cell adhesion molecule (Dscam) belongs to a family of cell membrane molecules involved in the differentiation of the nervous system. This is the C terminal cytoplasmic tail region of Dscam.
