pfam09007: EBP50_C (This model is not part of the current CDD release)
EBP50, C-terminal
This C terminal domain allows interaction of EBP50 with FERM (four-point one ERM) domains, resulting in the activation of Ezrin-radixin-moesin (ERM), with subsequent cytoskeletal modulation and cellular growth control. It includes a disordered section between two reasonably well conserved hydrophobic regions.
