Bacterial transglutaminase-like N-terminal region
This region is found towards the N-terminus of various archaeal and bacterial hypothetical proteins. Some of these are annotated as being transglutaminase-like proteins, and in fact contain a transglutaminase-like superfamily domain (pfam01841).
