Plant PDR ABC transporter associated
This domain is found on the C-terminus of ABC-2 type transporter domains (pfam01061). It seems to be associated with the plant pleiotropic drug resistance (PDR) protein family of ABC transporters. Like in yeast, plant PDR ABC transporters may also play a role in the transport of antifungal agents [also pfam06422]. The PDR family is characterised by a configuration in which the ABC domain is nearer the N-terminus of the protein than the transmembrane domain.
