This protein has two N-terminal tandem CBS domains and a single C-terminal ACT domain. The CBS domain is found in a wide range of proteins, often in tandem arrangements and together with a variety of other functional domains. It has been proposed that the CBS domain may play a regulatory role, although its exact function is unknown. Members of this CD belong to the superfamily of ACT regulatory domains. |
