The MopB_CT_Acetylene-hydratase CD contains acetylene hydratase (Ahy) and other related proteins. The acetylene hydratase of Pelobacter acetylenicus is a tungsten iron-sulfur protein involved in the fermentation of acetylene to ethanol and acetate. This CD is of the conserved molybdopterin_binding C-terminal (MopB_CT) region present in many, but not all, MopB homologs.
