Aminoglycoside adenyltransferase C-terminal domain
This is the C-terminal domain of aminoglycoside (3'')(9) adenyltransferase (AadA) present in Salmonella enterica. AadA acts as a monomer to catalyze the magnesium-dependent transfer of adenosine monophosphate from ATP to the two chemically dissimilar drugs streptomycin and spectinomycin.
