This is a highly glycosylated cytoplasmic and membrane protein similar to the immunoglobulin receptor family that is expressed as an inducible early-lytic-cycle gene product in primary effusion lymphoma cell-lines. This domain would appear to be the cytoplasmic region of the protein.
