Members of this uncharacterized protein family are shorter than 100 residues, with four invariant Cys residues, including a CxGC motif. One branch of the family has three additional conserved Cys. Other notable motifs include PxxKW (for which the family is currently named), CNxATH, and NP[LI]KASKR near the C-terminus.
