STM4011 family radical SAM protein
Members of this family are putative radical SAM proteins that (at the time of HMM construction) fall outside the scope of Pfam model pfam04055 available at the time (version 21), as many radical SAM proteins do. The function is unknown. Members are somewhat variable in architecture, and found mostly in Streptomyces and related species. However, the family is named for a member in Salmonella enterica, in the model strain LT2, protein STM4011, whose function is unknown.
