Like the NCBI BLAST server, wwwblast also accepts URL encoded commands. This allows the remote access of wwwblast setup through script, bypassing the browser interface. Due to the lack of load balancing and queuing system, there are no 'CMD=Put' and 'CMD=Get' equivalents in wwwblast. Details of available options are listed in tables given in Section 4 (4).
