Function Sets template window size

Input format integer: 16, 18, 21

Default -

Example To set this to 21, use '&TEMPLATE_LENGTH=21&'

Note: Applicable only to 'MEGABLAST=on'. It works with TEMPLATE_TYPE to turn on discontiguous mode.
