Option ALIGNMENT_VIEW

Function Sets the alignment display format

Input format integer

Default 0

Example To get BLAST results in the hit table format, use '&ALIGNEMTN_VIEW=9&'

Note: Available options are:

0 - Pairwise

1 - query-anchored with identities

2 - query-anchored without identities

3 - flat query-anchored with identities

4 - flat query-anchored without identities

7 - BLAST XML (equivalent to XML_OUTPUT=on)

9 - Hit Table, tabular output
