Function Specifies color schema for alignment display

Input format integer

Default 0

Example To use schema 2, use '&COLOR_SCHEMA=2&'

Note: This option is valid only for blastp and blastn programs. Settings in this parameter will modify the display specified by the 'ALIGNMENT_VIEW'. It has not impact on tabular and xml result.
