BLAST pages from wwwblast package, with the exception of 'BLAST 2 Sequences', all have a parameter naming convention analogous to the regular BLAST URLAPI used by the NCBI BLAST server. Parameter settings within a BLAST page may be adjusted to accommodate particular needs of a custom search. Here we list the complete set of parameters, their functions, and accepted values.
Parameters not specified in the search input page will take default values.Exceptions are tags PROGRAM, DATALIB and SEQUENCE (or SEQFILE), which should always be set. 'BLAST 2 sequences' form uses a unique set of tags, which are listed separately in Table 3.4 (3.4) above.
