The term wwwblast
refers to a suite of standalone
BLAST programs produced by NCBI. This package is freely available
to the public and can be downloaded as wwwblast-initialed archives
for various platforms from the NCBI BLAST ftp site
ftp://ftp.ncbi.nih.gov/blast/executables/LATEST/.
This document is a rewrite of the readme file from the wwwblast packge.
It lists the content of the archive, describes the basic setup procedures,
and addresses some of the common problems encountered during setup
and usage of wwwblast.
