Description	Specifies the size of word to use

Default	3, 11, 28
CMD	Put
Example	'...&WORD_SIZE=2&...' sets this to 2 for protein BLAST.

Note: For protein searches use 2 or 3, default is 3. For nucleotide searches use integers greater or equal to 7, default is 11. For nucleotide searches with 'MEGABLAST=on', use 8 or greater, default is 28. Discomegablast uses 11 or 12. Same as in wwwblast. Commandline BLAST equivalent: '-W'.
