Description Use the megablast algorithm in nucleotide BLAST

Example '...&MEGABLAST=on&...' will turn on the megablast algorithm

Note: For 'PROGRAM=blastn' only. Default is 'false' if not specified. When set to 'true' WORD_SIZE setting will be adjusted to 28 if not specified explicitly. Same as in wwwblast. Use megablast in commandline BLAST. See 6.5.
