Parameter: MASK_COLOR

Description Selects the color in which to display the masked regions
Value 0, 1, 2 (black, grey, red)
Default 1
CMD Get
Example '...&MASK_COLOR=2&...' will displayed the masked region in red

Note: This specifies the font color of the filter masked region. No equivalents for standalone wwwblast and commandline BLAST. See 6.11.
