Description	Sorts HSPs from the same subject in various ways

CMD	Get
Example	'...&HSP_SORT=2&...' will sort the HSPs by query start.

Note: It sorts HSPs from the same subject or database sequence according to user selected criteria: '0= by Expect value', '1 = by Score', '2 = by Query start', '3 = by Percent Identity', '4 = by Subject start'. Options 2 and 4 can place the HSPs from mRNA vs genomic alignment in their correct order.
