Example '...&FORMAT_ENTREZ_QUERY=biomol_mrna%5Bprop%5D&...' will selectively display alignments to database sequences that are annotated as mRNAs.

Note: Applied after search and affects only the display of BLAST result. The complete result can still be retrieved by dropping this parameter. No equivalent in wwwblast or standalone BLAST. See 6.3.
