'...&ENTREZ_QUERY=human&5Borgn%5D&...'
limits the search to the human entries in the target database.
Note: The above example is for direct inclusion in a request URL with
special characters escaped. A search through a browser requires the
unescaped terms: human[orgn]. Same as in wwwblast. Partial
equivalent in standalone commandline BLAST: '-l'. See 6.3.
