Note: It requires 'NEW_VIEW=true' and works
only for the two special genomic plus transcript databases
for human and mouse, where '0 = RNA first' and '1 = genomic
first'. The molecular type of entries within these two databases
are marked by special group bits in their ASN.1 deflines.
