5.1 Information on Individual URLAPI Parameters

In this section, we will describe the parameters available using the BLAST URLAPI. For clarity, the parameters are listed in alphabetical order. Each parameter is described in its own table along with example(s). The tables follow the same general format as shown below. Indiviudal parameters are listed after the example, each in a separate subsection.
