The description section is marked by the Score line and displays the deflines of the database sequences matching the query. Each line of description contains the seqID, partial defline, alignment bit score, and alignment Expect value as shown below.

A - seqID of the database sequence (without gi since -I was not specified)
B - partial defline of the database sequence
C - best alignment bit score from this database sequence
D - Expect value of the alignment
If there are no hits found to any database sequences for a given, the description and alignment sections will be replaced with '***** No hits found ******' line. This is followed by result for the next query or search statistics section. See details below.
