Parameter -S

Function Specifies which nucleotide query strand to use in the search

Default 3

Input format Integer

Example To search only the reverse complement of the query, use: -S 2

Note:

For blastn, blastx, and tblastx only, 1 for input strand, 2 for reverse complement, 3 for both.
