Function Sets the upper limit on number of database sequence to show alignments for

Example To set the number of alignment to 2000, use: -b 2000

Note:

Upper limit is 200000. Web counterpart is "Alignments". This is NOT the total number of alignment or high scoring pairs (HSPs). Rather it is the number of database sequences with HSP(s) to the query. It is greater or equal to the number of HSP(s).
