In Section 3.2 below, we provide a complete list of parameters found in blastall, a detailed functional description for each, and their usage examples. For clarity, we list each parameter in its own table and all tables follow the same general format. The example provided for each parameter shows a valid option/value combination as they would appear in an actual command line. All parameter/option combinations are based on the current 2.2.15 version. The first three options (-p, -i, and -d) are mandatory parameters for most searches.
