The goal of this document is two-fold. First, we want to provide a
general introduction on how to download, install, and set up standalone
command line BLAST package from NCBI on various computer platforms.
Second, we want to provide a detailed description of the program functions
for blastall, the core program from this package, by describing individual
program parameter in details with examples. To facilitate the user
understanding we also provide the relevant accessory information and
the literature references.
